Thank you for visiting our website to learn more about our student transfer policy for those who are planing to attend Haworth Public Schools who live outside of our school district. If you are planning to move or have recently moved to the Haworth School District and would like to enroll student(s), please click on our Haworth Transfer and Enrollment Information or contact our elementary or secondary school at (580) 245-1440.

Our mission here at Haworth Schools is to to provide each student a diverse education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes high moral character, self-discipline, motivation, and excellence in learning. We look forward to working with you and your student(s) to provide them with an easy transition in to our school system.

Haworth Schools’ District Policy is in accordance with state law. The Oklahoma Department of Education requires that the following form be completed to apply for a transfer: Student Transfer Form. Parents who need access to technology to print or complete the form, or those who need to fill out a paper copy, can visit the elementary or secondary offices at 300 N. Maple St., Haworth, OK.
